We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, both direct and indirect data processing and related to disclosure to third parties.
For registration on this site, we will come into possession of personal data, classified as personal data by law, acquired through this registration form, and for which we guarantee confidential treatment and appoint the president of the association as guarantor of the treatment.
According to the law indicated, such treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, therefore, we provide you with the following information:
In compliance with the provisions of the code regarding the protection of personal data, the following is communicated.
The data processing is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thus protecting your privacy and your rights. the data provided to the portal ww.assystew.com on the occasion of contractual relationships aimed at the presentation of offers, or in the formation of contractual relationships, are subject to computer or manual processing for the purposes of:
a) fulfillments connected to: civil, fiscal and accounting regulations; administrative management of the relationship; compliance with contractual obligations; support and information regarding the services you have acquired;
b) information on future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company and our external consultants.
the data referred to in point a) are processed by our employees, our collaborators and our external consultants, where engaged in the execution of the mandate entrusted to us.
we highlight that consent to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point a) is mandatory and essential for the purposes of registration with the association and the use of services. it follows therefore our ability to ensure information on the developments of our services. the data and cookies received from you will be processed with methods and procedures necessary to offer promotions, offers and advertising from third-party suppliers based on previous visits to the site.
The association ensures that the processing of data carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means, will take place using tools suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality. it may include - in compliance with the limits and conditions set by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - one or more of the following operations on the data: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction. the data controller is the president of the association Svitlana Sushynska, resident in Camaiore (Lu), Via Provinciale 256°.
With respect to the data controller it is always possible to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, reported here in full:
1. the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. the interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the state, managers or agents.
3. the interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.4. the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication".
starting from the receipt of this information notice, consent to the processing of personal data referred to in point a) will be deemed to have been given, unless an express expression of dissent is sent in writing.
