Who we are

ASSYSTEW

is the first non-profit association dedicated to supporting maritime professionals in the yacht interior department. Our goal is to offer concrete support to yacht stewards and stewardesses, providing assistance on all aspects involving the profession, from the strictly professional and technical ones to the psychological ones, as well as the more personal ones, such as, for example, work-life balance, which is often so difficult in the yachting sector. The association's support will concern consultancy in multiple areas: legal, technical, psychological, communication and welfare.
